Sec. 482.102. ADMINISTRATIVE ATTACHMENT.

(a)The commission is administratively attached to the office of the governor, and the office of the governor shall provide administrative support to the commission as provided by this section. The equal employment opportunity officer and the internal auditor of the office of the governor shall serve the same functions for the commission as they serve for the office of the governor.
(b)The office of the governor and the board shall enter into a memorandum of understanding detailing:
(1)the administrative support the commission requires from the office of the governor to fulfill the purposes of this chapter;
(2)the reimbursement of administrative expenses to the office of the governor; and
(3)any other provisions available by law to ensure the ef
