Text of section effective on September 01, 2027 Sec. 443A.104. JURISDICTION OVER CERTAIN ARTIFACTS. Except as provided by Sections 441.198 and 443A.103 , the commission has jurisdiction over an artifact or item of historical interest associated with the Alamo.
