Sec. 437.401. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1)"Commission" means the Texas Workforce Commission civil rights division.
(2)"Complainant" means an individual who brings an action or proceeding under this subchapter.
(3)"Respondent" means the person charged in a complaint filed under this subchapter. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Government Code, Subchapter K, Chapter 431 by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1217 (S.B. 1536 ), Sec. 1.03, eff. September 1, 2013.
