Sec. 437.356. POSTHUMOUS AWARDS. An award may be made to a person who has died in the same manner as an award to a living person, except the orders and citation must indicate that the award is made posthumously. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Government Code, Subchapter J , Chapter 431 by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1217 (S.B. 1536 ), Sec. 1.02, eff. September 1, 2013.
