Sec. 3151.053. CONFLICT WITH OTHER REQUIREMENTS. If a requirement of this chapter conflicts with a requirement enacted by a municipality or with any other requirement under state law, the stricter requirement prevails. SUBCHAPTER C. ENFORCEMENT
