Sec. 3105.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Board" means the State Preservation Board.
(2)"Commission" means the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
(2-a) "Committee" means the Texas Peace Officers' Memorial Ceremony Committee.
(3)"Monument" means the Texas Peace Officers' Memorial Monument.
