Sec. 2204.502. CONSENT OF STATE.
(a)This state consents to the acquisition by the United States by purchase, gift, or condemnation with adequate compensation of land or any right or interest in land in this state that the United States determines is needed for programs and works of improvement for runoff and water-flow retardation, soil erosion prevention, or other flood-control purposes in this state.
(b)This state does not consent to the acquisition of land under this subchapter by condemnation unless the apparent owner of the land consents to the acquisition.
