Sec. 2175.242. REMOVAL OF DESTROYED OR DONATED PROPERTY FROM STATE PROPERTY ACCOUNTING RECORDS.

(a)On destruction or donation of property under this subchapter, the comptroller may remove the property from the state property accounting records.
(b)Authorization by the commission is not required for the deletion of salvage or donated items of another state agency from the state property accounting records.
(c)This subchapter does not affect Section 403.273 , which provides for the deletion from state property accounting records of a state agency's missing property. SUBCHAPTER F. EXCEPTIONS
