Sec. 2175.1825. ADVERTISING ON COMMISSION WEBSITE.

(a)After a state agency informs the commission that it has surplus or salvage property, the commission shall advertise the property's kind, number, location, and condition on the commission's website.
(b)The comptroller shall provide the commission access to all records in the state property accounting system related to surplus and salvage property.
