Sec. 2165.103. CHILD CARE FACILITY STANDARDS.

(a)The commission, in consultation with the Child Care Advisory Committee, shall by rule adopt standards regarding the type, size, and location of child care services that may be needed by a state agency based on an agency's location and employee demographics.
(b)The commission shall apply standards adopted under this section in fulfilling the commission's responsibilities relating to the establishment of child care facilities.
