Sec. 2165.051. INSPECTION OF STATE PROPERTY.

(a)The commission shall frequently and at regular intervals inspect all public buildings and property to remain constantly informed of the condition of the buildings and property.
(b)The commission may inspect the buildings, property in the buildings, and other property under the State Preservation Board's control only at the board's request. The commission shall report to the board the results of an inspection. Restoration and repairs may be made only:
(1)at the board's direction; and
(2)by a contractor or agency chosen by the board.
