Sec. 2161.064. DIRECTORY.

(a)The comptroller shall compile, in the most cost-efficient form, a directory of businesses certified as historically underutilized businesses under Section 2161.061 .
(b)The comptroller at least semiannually shall update the directory and provide access to the directory electronically or in another form to each state agency.
(c)Depending on the needs of a state agency, the comptroller shall provide access to the directory electronically or in another form.
(d)The comptroller shall provide a copy of the directory to every municipality in January and July of each year. On request, the comptroller shall make the directory available to other local governments and the public.
