Sec. 2063.0025. COMMAND CHIEF.
(a)In this section, "state cybersecurity program" means the policies, standards, procedures, elements, structure, strategies, objectives, plans, metrics, reports, services, and resources that establish the cybersecurity function for this state.
(b)The chief directs the day-to-day operations and policies of the command and oversees and is responsible for all functions and duties of the command.
(c)The chief shall oversee cybersecurity matters for this state including:
(1)implementing the duties described by Section 2063.004 ;
(2)developing a statewide cybersecurity framework;
(3)overseeing the development of cybersecurity policies and standards;
(4)collaborating with governmental entities and other entities operating or exercising control over state inf
