Sec. 2002.018. MICROFILM AND ELECTRONIC STORAGE. The secretary of state may maintain on microfilm or on an electronic storage and retrieval system the files of state agency rules and other information required to be published in the Texas Register. After microfilming or electronically storing the information, the secretary may destroy the original copies of the information submitted for publication.
