Sec. 1505.074. REQUIRED PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO MUNICIPALITY.

(a)A municipality shall be charged the reasonable cost or value of a service rendered to the municipality by a project.
(b)The municipality shall pay the charges, as the service accrues, from:
(1)current funds of the municipality; or
(2)the proceeds of taxes imposed at a rate sufficient for that purpose.
(c)Money received by the project under this section must be accounted for in the same manner as other revenue of the project.
