Sec. 1474.057. ELECTION FOR ISSUING NOTES: BALLOT AND RETURNS.
(a)At an election to issue notes, the ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: "The issuance of notes for (purpose of the notes)."
(b)The commissioners court shall hold the election in the manner provided by this chapter for a bond election.
