Sec. 96.106. SERVICE OF TEMPORARY SUPERVISORY ORDER.
(a)A temporary supervisory order may be served by personal delivery by an agent of the commissioner or by certified or registered mail.
(b)Service is complete when an officer or director of the savings bank receives the order.
