Sec. 204.104. NO CONCURRENT FEDERAL BRANCH OR AGENCY.
(a)A foreign bank licensed under this subchapter to establish and maintain a Texas state branch or agency may not concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in this state.
(b)A foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in this state may not concurrently be licensed under this subchapter to maintain a Texas state branch or agency.
