Sec. 201.103. APPOINTMENT OF AGENT TO RECEIVE SERVICE OF PROCESS.

(a)A Texas financial institution may file in the office of the secretary of state a statement appointing an agent authorized to receive service of process.
(b)A statement appointing an agent must set forth:
(1)the name of the Texas financial institution;
(2)the federal tax identification number of the Texas financial institution;
(3)the address, including the street address, of the principal office of the Texas financial institution; and
(4)the name of the agent in this state authorized to receive service of process and the agent's address, including the street address, in this state.
(c)The agent named under Subsection (b) must be:
(1)an individual resident of this state;
(2)a domestic corporation, limited partners
