Sec. 111.002. GUIDELINES SUPERSEDE COURT RULES.

(a)The guidelines in this title supersede local court rules and rules of the supreme court that conflict with the guidelines.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16 ), Sec. 12.11(1), eff. December 4, 2025.
