Sec. 356.451. TERMS OF SALE. The personal representative of an estate may enter into a contract for the private sale of real estate of the estate made in the manner the court directs in the order of sale. Unless the court directs otherwise, additional advertising, notice, or citation concerning the sale is not required. SUBCHAPTER K. SALE OF EASEMENT OR RIGHT-OF-WAY
