Sec. 356.152. CONTENTS OF APPLICATION; HEARING.

(a)An application under Section 356.151 must:
(1)describe the livestock sought to be sold; and
(2)state why granting the application is necessary or to the estate's advantage.
(b)The court:
(1)shall promptly consider the application; and
(2)may hear evidence for or against the application, with or without notice, as the facts warrant.
