Sec. 1352.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Home equity loan" means a loan made under Section 50 (a)(6), Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
(2)"Residence homestead" has the meaning assigned by Section 11.13 , Tax Code.
