Sec. 1253.001. APPLICATION TO TRANSFER GUARDIANSHIP TO FOREIGN JURISDICTION. On application of the guardian or on the court's own motion, a court that has jurisdiction over the guardianship may transfer the guardianship to a court in a foreign jurisdiction to which the ward has permanently moved.
