Sec. 1104.255. EXPIRATION OF CERTIFICATION. A person whose certification under Subchapter C , Chapter 155 , Government Code, has expired must obtain a new certification under that subchapter to provide or continue providing guardianship services to a ward or incapacitated person under this title.
