Sec. 214.041. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER.
(a)This subchapter applies to a recount of electronic voting system ballots on automatic tabulating equipment.
(b)In this subchapter, "electronic recount" means a recount on automatic tabulating equipment.
