Sec. 87.501. ESTABLISHMENT; SCOPE.

(a)Texas A&M International University is a coeducational educational institution located in the city of Laredo. The institution is a component institution of The Texas A&M University System and is under the management and control of the board of regents of The Texas A&M University System.
(b)The board has the same powers and duties concerning Texas A&M International University as are conferred on it by statute concerning Texas A&M University.
(c)The institution may teach undergraduate or graduate level courses.
