Sec. 76.026. PHARMACY SCHOOL.
(a)The board may establish and maintain a school of pharmacy as a professional school of the institution.
(b)The board may prescribe courses leading to customary degrees offered at other leading American schools of pharmacy and may award those degrees.
(c)Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 495 (H.B. 1794 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 10, 2023.
