Sec. 30B.057. AGENCY PUBLICATION OF AVAILABLE VIRTUAL COURSES.

(a)The agency shall publish a list of virtual courses offered by school districts and open-enrollment charter schools in this state that includes:
(1)whether the course is available to a student who is not otherwise enrolled in the offering district or school;
(2)the cost of the course; and
(3)information regarding any third-party provider involved in the delivery of the course.
(b)A school district or open-enrollment charter school shall provide to the agency information required to publish the list under Subsection (a). SUBCHAPTER C. FULL-TIME HYBRID AND FULL-TIME VIRTUAL CAMPUSES
