Sec. 110.09. TEACHING HOSPITAL. A complete teaching hospital for the Health Sciences Center shall be furnished at no cost or expense to the state. The state may never contribute any funds for the construction, maintenance, or operation of a teaching hospital for the Health Sciences Center.
