Art. 4015b. EVADING LAW. Any director, officer, agent or any receiver, trustee, lessee or person acting for, or employed by, any company subject to the provisions of the preceding articles of this chapter, who alone, or with any other corporation, company, persons or party, shall wilfully do, or cause to be done, or shall wilfully suffer, or permit to be done, any act, matter or thing in said articles prohibited, or who shall aid or abet therein, or shall wilfully omit or fail to do any act, matter or thing in this Act required to be done, or shall cause or wilfully suffer or permit any act, matter or thing so directed, required by said articles to be done, not to be done, or shall aid or abet any such omission or failure, or shall be guilty of any infraction of said articles, or shall aid
