Art. 2A.053. SUMMONING AID.

(a)A peace officer who meets resistance while discharging a duty imposed on the officer by law shall summon a number of residents of the officer's county sufficient to overcome that resistance.
(b)A person summoned by a peace officer under Subsection (a) shall obey the officer.
