Text
The district attorneys general conference shall compile a statewide report summarizing the information provided by each district attorney general under § 8-7-115 in a uniform fashion that is sortable by offense and jurisdiction. The district attorneys general conference shall make the report available to the public, and submit the report to the governor, speaker of the house of representatives, speaker of the senate, chair of the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives, and chair of the judiciary committee of the senate.
