Text
Witnesses on the trial of an impeachment before the senate shall be allowed the following fees:
(1)For every day's attendance on such trial .................... $1.00 (2) For every twenty-five (25) miles the witness may necessarily travel in going to and returning from the place of trial .................... $1.00
