(a)(1) The advisory committee shall, with the guidance of the office of open records counsel, hold meetings to review and provide written comments, if requested, on any proposed legislation regarding the open meetings laws, compiled in chapter 44 of this title, and the open records laws, compiled in title 10, chapter 7.
(2)(A) The advisory committee shall select two (2) co-chairs from among its membership.
(B)One (1) co-chair selected under subdivision (a)(2)(A) shall represent the interests of advisory committee members appointed under § 8-4-602(b)(1)(C)-
(E), (H), and (J) -
(L); and one (1) co-chair selected shall represent the interests of members appointed under § 8-4-602(b)(1)(A), (B), (F), (G), (I), (M), and (N) .
