§ 8-34-608 — Delegates to state constitutional convention
Tennessee·Title 8
Any member who has served as a delegate to a state constitutional convention may claim such service in this system or any superseded system in which such person is a member; provided, that a back payment is made in accordance with § 8-37-214 . Each year of service as a delegate shall be equal to one (1) year of creditable service.
