(a)Before any person, firm or corporation engages in the business of a wholesale fish dealer or a wholesale mussel dealer, as defined in this section, such person, firm or corporation shall possess the appropriate license.
(b)(1) "Person" includes the plural as well as the singular, as the case demands, and includes individuals, partnerships, associations, or corporations;
(2)"Places of business," as used in this title, includes the place where orders for aquatic products are received, or where aquatic products are purchased or sold;
(3)"Wholesale fish dealer" means any person in the business of buying from a commercial fisher, fish or other edible aquatic life, or parts of fish or other edible aquatic life, or products taken from the waters of this state for the purpose of canning, pr
