Text
The executive director shall:
(1)Be the head of the wildlife resources agency under the direction and supervision of the commission and shall have exclusive supervisory control of the agency;
(2)Serve as recording secretary for the commission and shall be custodian of all minutes and all records of the commission;
(3)At the proper time or times publish, in accordance with the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the state publications committee, the wildlife resources laws in pamphlet form, preferably in size convenient for the pocket, for general distribution and information; and (4) Perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the commission or by law, but shall have no authority to make rules or regulations other than those governing the conduct of the employees of the
