§ 67-5-1904 — Credits to trustee on settlement with county
Tennessee·Title 67
The trustee, on settlement of the trustee's accounts with the county mayor, shall be entitled to the following credits:
(1)For the trustee's commissions; and (2) For all legal disbursements.
