§ 65-29-120 — Filing fees
Tennessee·Title 65
The secretary of state shall charge and collect for the filing of:
(1)Articles of incorporation, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
(2)Articles of amendment, fifteen dollars ($15.00);
(3)Articles of consolidation or merger, fifteen dollars ($15.00);
(4)Articles of conversion, fifteen dollars ($15.00);
(5)Certificate of election to dissolve, fifteen dollars ($15.00);
(6)Articles of dissolution, fifteen dollars ($15.00); and (7) Certificate of change of principal office, five dollars ($5.00).
