Text
A public service commission officer who is authorized to carry a firearm while on duty, and has more than twenty-five (25) years of honorable service, and leaves the service of the public service commission before retirement eligibility because of personnel actions executed under chapter 305 of the Public Acts of 1995 may retain such employee's service weapon under § 65-15-106(c)(3) .
