Text
Notwithstanding any provision contained in this chapter to the contrary, it is the specific intent of this chapter that all utility districts heretofore or hereafter created under the "Utility District Law of 1937," compiled in title 7, chapter 82, or any similar legislation, shall be specifically exempt from this chapter.
