Text
(a)Every petition filed with the commission shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b)Any petition filed on behalf of multiple parties shall be accompanied by a payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each party.
