Text
(a)This chapter shall not apply in any local government that has adopted regulations related to the siting of wind energy facilities in its jurisdiction on or before January 1, 2019.
(b)This chapter shall not apply to any wind energy facility located in this state that was constructed prior to April 24, 2018.
