Text

(a)Notwithstanding chapter 591, § 113 of the Public Acts of 1989, every officer, agent or employee of any corporation, or any other person who knowingly violates or fails to comply with or who procures, aids or abets in the violation of this part, commits a Class B misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof for the first offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), for the second offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), and for the third offense be punished by a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100). Each day any such provision is violated is a separate offense.
