(a)The state fire marshal has exclusive jurisdiction over all plans review, permitting, and inspections for, and enforcement of, standards designed to afford a reasonable degree of safety to life and property from fire and hazards for all constructed, altered, or repaired buildings or structures at the megasite, including all electrical installations, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, and mechanical systems for all such buildings and structures. The fire safety, electrical, and building construction safety standards established pursuant to §§ 68-102-113 , 68-102-143 , and 68-120-101 apply to all buildings or structures at the megasite. The state fire marshal is the sole authority with jurisdiction regarding, and may approve, equivalencies or variances from applicable code require
