Text
The authority shall develop its program and plans for implementation in close cooperation with existing county soil and water conservation districts as established under the Soil and Water Conservation Districts Law, compiled in title 43, chapter 14, part 2, and it is the intent of this part that such districts be joint sponsors of individual projects or works of improvements as related to small watersheds in individual counties.
