Text
(a)The authority shall prescribe and collect non-discriminatory, just, and reasonable rates, and set terms and conditions of service to customers of a water system or wastewater system operated by the authority.
(b)Notwithstanding another law to the contrary, and for as long as the water system is owned or controlled by the authority or this state, the authority may provide water service to customers located on the initial megasite property.
