§ 64-7-104 — Board of directors - Membership - Officers

(a)At the annual meeting, the regional council shall appoint a board of directors to be the administrative body of the regional council that is authorized by the regional council to act in its stead.
(b)The membership and term of office of the board of directors are set by the organizational bylaws.
(c)In determining membership on the board of directors, the regional council shall ensure at least one (1) local government within each of the counties is represented by the council.
(d)The regional council officers serve as officers to the board of directors.
