Text

The authority shall develop its programs and plans for implementation in close cooperation with the existing county soil and water conservation districts as established under title 43, chapter 14, part 2 and county conservation boards as established by §§ 11-21-101 - 11-21-109, so that such districts and boards are joint sponsors of individual projects or works of improvements as related to small watersheds in individual counties.
